Aluminum alloy die casting
Aluminum alloy die casting is a high-efficiency casting method commonly used to manufacture aluminum alloy parts. It is usually suitable for mass production of parts with complex geometries. U-Chance can currently produce castings with a unit weight of less than 3.0 kg.
Advantages of aluminum alloy die casting:
- Complex shape manufacturing: Aluminum alloy die casting can produce parts with various complex geometric shapes, including parts with complex internal structures.
- High-precision dimensions: The die-casting method enables highly precise dimensions and geometries, reducing the need for subsequent machining.
- Premium Surface Finish: Aluminum alloy die casting typically produces a smooth, flat surface, reducing the need for subsequent surface treatments.
- High production efficiency: Die casting is suitable for mass production, so it can produce a large number of similar parts in a short period of time, improving production efficiency.
